I loved staying here! The location was perfect for me, on a quiet street while still being within a short walk from Gloucester Road tube station. The area is beautiful and there are plenty of great restaurants around. The staff at reception were very friendly and helpful, and the free coffee machine in the seating area was a nice touch. The amenities in the rooms were fantastic, including free wi-fi, soundproofed rooms, and a lovely kitchen with all the utensils and cookware I needed. The room was also spacious and included a sitting area and a dining table. I had a great experience here and would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Great Location: The hotel was conveniently located near parks, buses, tube stations, museums, and the Royal Albert Hall. It was also surrounded by grocery stores, newsagents, and restaurants, making it convenient.

Lack of Information: The receptionists were unable to provide helpful advice or guidance when asked about getting to certain places. This left guests having to figure things out on their own, inconvenient.
